  • Worthing Suzuki commended in the Category 1 (Up to 40 Handovers) Group for exemplary service
  • Yearly accolades recognise dealer best practice and delivery of Motability Scheme to customers
  • Entry into the national awards follows Worthing Suzuki’s quarterly regional prize

The Worthing Suzuki dealership in West Sussex is celebrating their commended status in the Category 1 (Up to 40 Handovers) Group in the national, annual Motability Scheme Dealer Awards. The commendation recognises their continued support in providing great service to customers of the Motability Car Scheme throughout 2017.

The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards programme rewards best practice and ensures customers receive exemplary service across the nationwide car dealer network. With prizes available across nine categories, the awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to motorists, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability Scheme performance.

Throughout 2017, a series of quarterly regional prizes were awarded, and all quarterly winners were subsequently nominated for the national honours. In addition to regional success, Worthing Suzuki has beaten off competition from throughout the UK to be commended in the national accolades.

Peter Wilson, General Manager - Dealer Relations at Motability Operations Ltd, explains: “We are really impressed with the achievements of all our winners and commended dealerships including Worthing Suzuki. It’s great to see the high level of service delivered by our dealer network and we are pleased to present the latest Motability Scheme Dealer Awards. The annual Awards allow us to thank dealers for providing consistently positive customer service, highlighting those who are doing it well and encouraging others to do the same.

“It is testament to the high standards, warm welcome and expert knowledge of Worthing Suzuki that they have been recognised as a commended dealership – congratulations!”

Celebrating their Motability Scheme Dealer Awards commendation, Mark Davis, Dealer Principal from Worthing Suzuki, said: “We are thrilled to be commended in the national Motability Scheme Dealer Awards and to represent the high standards of the Motability Scheme. Our entire team is really proud to have been recognised for our work with the Scheme in 2017 and we look forward to continuing our successful approach to customer service in the current year.”
