ITAS are pleased to announce their new working partnership with Suzuki GB PLC.

Specialists in training, bodyshop approval programmes and software development, ITAS will now play an integral part in the Suzuki bodyshop repair network providing market leading compliance management, communication systems and field team support now utilised by most vehicle manufacturers in the UK.

A strong percentage of Suzuki’s 137 approved body shop repairers in the UK already use the ITAS systems, so it makes perfect sense to utilise the same software platforms that help to reduce administration tasks for both the bodyshop and the network.

The new partnership will ultimately aim to assist Suzuki in accurately monitoring its overall customer satisfaction when a car is booked in for body repair. Further improving its already high level of overall customer service is paramount and the new partnership with ITAS will certainly help this.
